From tenant communications to maintenance and financial management, everything was handled efficiently and with great care. They made managing our property stress-free and seamless, giving us peace of mind every step of the way.

Horrible communication from the start — I didn’t even bother going to see the place because of how unprofessional the responses were. They also don’t list the square footage, which feels like a bait tactic just to get people to come tour. That’s not something I’d expect from a professional or responsible property management company. Super disappointing experience. Also, I worked with Sandy Curtis, poor communication skills.

I had a great experience renting from Bundesen. They were accommodating when I had to rent sight unseen from across the country, and throughout the term of the lease, when questions or issues arose, Tom was responsive and knowledgeable, facilitating solutions quickly. The office staff I interacted with during the leasing process was friendly and helpful. When we moved out, the whole experience was positive as well. After having some poor managers from other companies over the years, I am all the more appreciative of the professional, respectful and reasonable approach that Tom and the awesome Bundesen team take. If you have the opportunity to rent a property managed by Bundesen, I would recommend them over the competition!

Century 21 Bundesen helped us find a lovely triplex to rent on the west side of Petaluma. Jessica was especially helpful. She helped us with the application process, answered all or questions promptly, and always kept us up to date on the application status. We’ve been living in our unit for 2 years and Ginny and Jessica continue to remain prompt and responsive with any inquiries we have. If we need something done they immediately work on it to get it done. We are very grateful!

My wife and I have had a great experience renting through 21 Bundeson. Thomas handled our application, move in, and inspection. He’s super easy to get a hold of, helpful, and easy to talk to. The rest of the staff has been super helpful also throughout the process. The lease process is transparent and fair. Great company.
