We are 4 years in, and Nick takes care of it all and I never had to worry about anything. Nick handled any needed repairs, the periodic inspections, provided great guidance on tenant matters and had everything well documented making it so easy for taxes at the end of the year. I fully trusted Nick because he was so reliable that I could leave matters in his hands. Nick makes having a rental property easy.
