Over the Winter we contracted Bullfrog Construction to replace our roof and most recently we had our electrical services upgraded. In both cases, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received as well as the quality of the finished products. In the coming weeks, we will begin work on our siding. Overall, we are happy with the service we received from Elise and Bullfrog Construction and would completely recommend them for any house project you may have.

For anyone looking for a place to rent I wouldn’t recommend bullfrog realty under any circumstances, the owner Elise is a horrible landlord to her tenants, she consistently doesn’t respond to calls or texts even in emergency situations, like when our toilet flooded into the downstairs, twice, and neither time she came to repair it or help she just left it for us to deal with, she left us without a fridge for 3 months to which I used my personal mini fridge to get by bc she had offered no help, all the windows in the house were cracked and remained that way minus the 2 that she eventually fixed 9 months into our 1 year lease, and she kept the entire security deposit over minor damages that absolutely didn’t equal the cost of the whole deposit, she’s a very aggressive person when speaking to

It’s not about just selling a home at Bullfrog. They gave us the absolute best advice. No hype or mis information to try to get our listing. Great honest advise. True professionalism. What I feel really separated Bullfrog Realty & Property Management from others was the genuine concern I felt from listing to closing. Outstanding company, The employees were professional through the job. Replacing a roof began Monday morning and they were finished by Wednesday morning. Efficient quality work. The owner is Professional knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Highly recommend this company. John
