“Sherri” is the rudest person you’ll meet. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Cuts you off while talking and act so aggravated when you talk. This property doesn't deserve no Star but I had to put one in order to write what I had to say. I called down to the courts yesterday and spoke with someone, they told me to take out TPO order on her. They also told me I can file harassment charges. Every time I have company come to my home Sherri would call me and ask who is that at my house. And when you try to reach out to corporate they do not respond nor email you back about your concerns about this lady this will not be my first time contacting corporate. I currently live in Bull Creek and have been living here for 4 1/2 years I honestly have great experiences I have made great relationships with great neighbors. The maintenance and leasing team is Sharrie Michael, Miss Deborah are amazing. Miss Sharrie has always been the type that kept it real been honest don’t sugarcoat very much of anything she had always tried to keep things safe she go over and above to make sure her residence, stay safe from confronting any issue head on from addressing any issues when it comes to safety my first year moving here I felt, and after expressing these things to her, she have made it so much more easier to sleep at night when things have gotten out of hand, I can go to her for answers for any maintenance issues any documents anything I need to know she ma

I have lived here for almost 3 years I have been harassed by the lady in the office trying to kick me out for petty reasons (reason that are NOT on the lease) Made several complaints to corporate but they never resolve the problem my house is getting worked on and Miss Sherry says to hold off on things in my apartment while everybody else is getting their apartments worked on. Made me sell my car for no reason Bull Creek is a nice place and maintenance men are great but the only thing wrong with this place is the lady in the office (Sherri)

Sherrie and Debra are extremely nice people . We all have to follow our lease every one here very helpful not just Mrs Sherri stops for every one gives everyone a choice to focus on our own life not lazy hard working I asked every question that I was asked Sherrie said focus on our own apartment and do not study anymore else I am sick and working on my issues covid 19 survey ty at the moment thank you Sherrie you definitely answered mine pay my bills first be free and move forward so I am thank God bless

The staff is pretty good. Some of the neighbors are not the best. I would recommend maybe setting a curfew time with security because it's unfortunate when people are outside at 3 in the morning making noise. Money spent on landscaping every week could be put into installing dishwashers or newer stoves. Also come up with a better way to communicate maybe with automatic messages or emails instead of letter in door.
