When we where looking for a builder for our retirement lake house and we looked around a bit. We didn't want a construction on lake time. We just wanted it completely in six months. BuiltRight was easy to work with, always available to answer questions. We did make changes to their original plan of the juniper and it came out beautifully. The house is warm when it's cold out and cool in the summer. We did listen to suggestions like insulation on internal walls which was worth it for sounds and climate control. This is not our first built home so we were on site every week checking from beginning to end. With a niece who owns a structural engineering company we had her check things out and she reassured us everything was great with the build. Our only set back was the kitchen cabinets came

I have been in a new home that was Build by Built Right in 2024 going 7 mouth which is still under warranty?i have an issues 3 week upon moving in sewer pump keep going off call talk to Tom one of the owner he send someone out and was told that it fix. 3 days after it go off he send the workman out I was told it was fix .and if it happened again call the office are submit on email .7days ago it the sewer pump alarm go off again which we call one of the owner was very rude to my wife when she try to talk to him about the issue and this is the third time we call about the problem told that we have to fix ourselves he is not going to pay $5000 to put in a new pump they refuse to fix it We was told it was the first time he know about the issue very unprofessional .( it a was a failure pump )al

Built Right constructed our home in 2020, during covid. They managed to come in at budget and on time. Two of our friends who built at the same time both went over budget and took much longer to complete their homes. Rachel and Tom both listened to what we needed, and made it happen. They both went the extra mile, even working with our home association. They also made suggestions that we never would have thought of, but were never pushy, or tried to talk us into spending more money. No pressure at Built Right. We are extremely happy with our new home. We plan on calling on Built Right for our next home. Thanks for making our first new home build a pleasant experience.

We went with built right to build our lake home. We live about 4 hours away from the project so this took a lot of trust. I’m happy to say it went well. I’m very happy with the staff I worked with and with the end product. I feel our superintendent put our satisfaction as a priority. I high recommend them.
