The building program offered allows the home owner to act as the General Contractor which places the home owner in direct control of all aspects of the build process. My wife and I quickly became comfortable with acting as the General Contractor by attending the seminars offered by Built Green at active home construction sites to learn the process, and to meet the various trades. Additionally, we had several consultations where all of our questions were answered and concerns/fears alleviated.
