Our inspector- James did a very thorough inspection of the property we were looking to purchase in Hollywood. He is very knowledgeable and professional as well. Not only did he describe to us the major concerns/problems, but also wrote up a very detailed report. I would absolutely recommend James to anyone who is in need of a inspection.

Jamie and his team have done a thorough job for us at numerous properties throughout broward and palm beach. The reports were received within just a couple of days and very detailed with many pictures and recommendations. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible inspection. Showed up 1/2 hour late and did not do a complete inspection in my opinion (and I buy a fair amount if buildings). I will never use them again and will not refer!!!
