We recently had the pleasure of working with David Weekley Homes to rebuild our house, and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Mike spent a lot of time with my wife and me even before we had officially decided to rebuild our house. There was never any pressure to push us into something we weren't comfortable with. I built my home with David Weekly several years ago. When they installed the base board a nail went into my plumbing. We had a water leak since my house was built. This was 100% their fault and they refuse to at least cover my deductible for my mold claim. It is over $6,000.

High quality builder has super helpful, smart, nice build on your lot sales people. I highly recommend them. I trust in quality and care of this builder for their customers, which in the years I've known them, they've remained strong in their values. I have observed how management relates with their sales employees too, they seem kind and supportive and strong in mentorship. Happy sales & construction people equal a happy buyer experience.

My wife and I purchased a David Weekley house a couple of years ago and are the second owners. We had some issues come up that would have become major issues but the David Weekley team and Jeff Thomason took over. They fixed everything that needed to be fixed. When Jeff told me that DW was different from other builders I was skeptical but after this great experience we are totally satisfied with the quality and value of a David Weekley home.
