I just have to say, I have lived here (The Mayflower) for less than a year, and this place is by far the best managed place I've ever lived. The response time, and proficiency of the maintenance guys are immediate! I used to live in some beautiful buildings in DC, and they took forever to get something done. I can put a maintenance request in, and within a short time, they're here, and it's done. The shortest response time was an hour, and the longest was the next working morning. They respond to texts, calls, tenant portals and EVERYONE is friendly - I'm thoroughly impressed, and glad I live here! I highly recommend. The only thing I'd change (as an interior designer myself) is the public hall carpeting, (and elevator) and maybe add art in the halls. 9.5/10!

I was just contacted by a staff member of Buffalo Management Group about an income based apartments they had for lease. The women on the phone imediately asked me my credit score and I asked her why she needed it. She stated she had to have it before she could show me an apartment. I then told her I didn't know. She then states call back when you figure it out. She also stated that she needed to see proof of my income because rent qualifications states you must have income 3 times of the amount of base rent . HUH? Am I missing something? Does anyone think this is against the law!!!!! This is truly racism in the undercover way and they truly think people are stupid. Truly they aren't helping low income people! I rented at The Mayflower from 2019-2020. My experience with Jeremy (the property manager) was fantastic!! Jeremy is extremely helpful, respectful, and responsive. The building is well maintained and secure. My apartment was a reasonably sized studio with a great view of downtown Buffalo. The payment portal made making a monthly payment easy and convenient. There is also a great response time by staff to respond to any maintenance requests. Also, the staff is very accommodating about your financial needs and will help you find an apartment that is right for you.

I rented from Buffalo Management Group for 3 years. It was an excellent experience. If I ever moved back to the city, I would definitely rent from them again.

I have been living in a BMG apartment for a year now and happily just signed a lease extension. The apartment is great and Andrew and Victor are great guys who are extremely easy to get along with. I have only had one issue where maintenance was required and it was addressed immediately. No problems. I would highly recommend their apartments to anyone. One of the best experiences by far. For those who complain about cleaning costs when you move out, I'd advise you to read your lease agreement and not leave your place a dump - it's pretty simple. Love these guys A+
