I had to edit this review initially I said nothing, just gave it one star. I see that CHRISTOPHER MEKKER the general manager wants to be a petty pig. Writing a statement as if he's exposing something personal. The key return was an agreed upon date because of the circumstances they allowed. I am an honorably discharged wartime veteran and mom, was unexpectedly issued a 30 day notice to vacate, right before school started for my kid. Because I refused to renew lease desiring instead a month to month lease. WHY? Because they refused for MONTHS to fix the plumbing a toilet that was a constantly clogged sewage mess. I am a Buffalo home owner who has used Buffalo City Living for minor repairs and upkeep on my home as well as one major renovation. They have helped out with patching walls, repairing a fallen ceiling, a water pipe burst, broken window, motion lights and more. The major renovation consisted of fixing what another contractor had messed up when bringing all of my hardwood back to it's natural beauty. It looks amazing.
