Zero stars! They do accept rapid rehousing, but it's not the best place. Still waiting on my security deposit to be refunded from March 2024 move out, it's March 2025. I didn't have a stove or oven from September of 2023 to match 2024. One burner worked. You need your own microwave. Probably want a pluggable stove. Horrible with getting things fixed. Had my a/c leaking for a few months then a huge gapping hole in my ceiling for 4 months. Moved in with the walls needing resurfaced/sanded down and reprintes - they only redid the bath room but I had to be gone for three days to get fumes low enough to be safe around my kids. Roach and crackhead infested. My place got broken into numerous times, MUST have renters insurance. Plus you have to pay for the window you didn't break. On top of your b

It's the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Their too expensive for a place that needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Too cheap Of managn

I signed a lease they took my money and they still haven’t given me my keys and it’s going 3 weeks since I signed the lease.

Poor conditions. Used to be Glen Park but they changed the name. Still the same unsanitary apartments. Still owned by the same people that manage other complexes known for bad conditions.
