Waited 3wks while they "remodeled/renovated".... All lies. apartment wasn’t even cleaned. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Cabinets still had beer bottles, rice and beans, etc. Cobwebs everywhere. Toilet still had urine and feces. When I addressed management, they said we must have done it ourselves. Apartment is extremely old and outdated. I feel completely lied to since nothing was updated to be worth what they are charging. The management is extremely unqualified and claims there’s no one higher up. Likes to pull "I don’t understand English" when convenient. Can’t wait to get out of this slumlord apartment.
Management never answers. Constantly blames tenants for things they never did. Management does not provide other higher ups numbers.
