Horrific place to live the children continue to knock on the door way past sunset so yes, even though the noise ordinance is 10 PM in our area. The children still continue to knock on our door till 930. The apartment does nothing about it, and the parents don’t discipline their children because they continue to knock on the door late at night. Somebody who lives in this neighborhood needs to figure out which kid keeps knocking on doors and tell them to stop already because enough is enough it’s been enough years of kids knocking on these doors. IF U SEE A CHILD KNOCKING, disturbing traffic, running their e-bikes fast, PLEASE TELL THEM TO STOP

WORST PLACE TO LIVE, THEY HAVE MADE US WAIT FOREVER TO FIX OUR AC , THEY NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK THE DOOR LOCK , ITS LIKE U TELL THEM HEY I NEED MAINTENCE AND THE MAINTENCE GUY DOES NOT WANT TO DO THE WORK. WORST PLACE TO LIVE DO NOT MOVE HERE, THEY THREW OUR PATIO FURNITURE AWAY WITHOUT OUR CONSENT, THEY HAVE RUINED OUR KIDS MULTIPLE SUMMERS WITH NO POOL ACCESS. AND THEY RAISED THE RENT !

Over the past couple of months, the maintenance response has been unacceptably slow. My refrigerator has stopped working on three separate occasions, and each time I’ve had to personally go to the front office to escalate the issue. Despite submitting maintenance tickets the day prior, I often don’t receive any response until late the following day—and even then, only after I’ve followed up in person. This delay has resulted in spoiled food and significant inconvenience. Additionally, it’s nearly impossible to reach the front office by phone. Calls routinely go unanswered, which leaves residents with no option but to physically go in to have our concerns addressed. HEY GUYS THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN ORLANDO. Pool been closed for two years they say they need to “fix it” but thats a lie, gym is closed. our rent was raised yet we dont have access to poool or gym and the leaf blowers always leave a mess on our patio . Also we live in a 3 bedroom and theres always bug no matter how clean we keep it. Our maintenance guy threw away my brothers chair without asking and No one cleans the front and the laundry rooms are outdated. Im not recommending anyone live here.
