⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would like to take a moment to thank the administration team at Buena Vista Place Condominium. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and clear communication truly stand out. They always keep residents well informed and are very responsive whenever assistance is needed. It’s clear that there is a strong and dedicated team working behind the scenes. Thank you Miss Cristina for your commitment and for doing such a great job supporting the community!

I am happy with the courtesy of office personnel, specially Alicia she was very helpful since the first day. Maintenance is quite they always helpful, Only thing I am concerned is people smoke here around the apartment at the balcony and as soon I open my door the smell get into my apartment , and early morning you get a lot noises went people driving out of the community music is so loud. Even around 9:30 pm music is loud from cars are paring . Also people drink and leave bottles of liquor under the stairs .

HORRIBLE place to live. The office staff consistently brush off residents’ concerns and complaints. Maintenance staff — including the supervisor, Roberto — have been seen smoking marijuana around the apartment complex. Meanwhile, the office tells residents they need to keep noise levels down, yet the maintenance staff are often the ones driving around the property in extremely loud off-road vehicles. The playground has been closed for over two years, leaving children with nowhere to play except the pool, which is only open about 3–4 months out of the year. Many of the apartments are roach-infested, and the trash compactor is constantly backed up with piles of garbage around it — a great “welcome” when entering the complex. Overall, this has been a very disappointing and frustrating place

I was there and has worker her name is Christina She is not respected lady of this company. I was there almost 10 minute. I say to her twice. Hi she didn’t answer to me and she has very bad attitude. She didn’t have a good customer service. I don’t know if somebody they like work with her my experience with her so bad.
