This is a nice senior-low income apartment.Tere are community hall, computer room, reading room and fitness center etc in the apartment, so that many senior people like to live .
My friend has lived there for 7 yrs...I visited her & she is very happy ...there are secure locked doors (she lives on first floor) public can't just walk in....nice patios & balconies, parking stalls are enclosed & locked (careless neighbor caused my friend to get catalytic converter stolen)...so, you do have to hope neighbors aren't careless & giving access to thieving friends/family.
