Buena Vista Management Group

We have one washer and dryer in the community laundry room and it has been out of service for over 5 weeks. I, as well as other tenants have called to report but Nobody has come to fix it. They say they're gonna send somebody and they never do. Horrible !! Now we got a notice on our doors saying that the gas is gonna be turned off for all tenants on February 2 because they haven't paid the bill. I would not suggest Buena Vista Management to anybody. In addition, they raised the rent, even though they weren't required to do so it was optional So they charge more money and we get less service

Similar to a majority of property management companies you'd come across. Poor support and communication. Not attentive to maintenance requests. Really seem to never have a clue what's going on. Trying to not make this long winded but here's a few examples.. 1. We had a maintenance request to fix our back door. They never said anything in response until one day a man just appeared to fix it. A few days later they asked if we had a copy of the receipt/confirmation.. umm idk you booked it and we didn't even know he was coming. He came, fixed it, and left. 2. We've had two open requests for the same issue with our water pressure and a leak. First request was almost 6 months ago.. Still nothing. 3. On three different occasions we encountered people in the back lot behind our house. Apparently

The Buena Vista Management has made it very easy to pay our rent on time with many options. They have also been flexible when I needed to adjust my water usage and our gardeners recommendation. We appreciate Buena Vista Management Group.

They’ve been very patient with me everything I requested to have done to my apartment. They was there on time and did a great job. They’re very receptive. Very nice people and I appreciate them making my place comfortable clean and safe. Thank you Buena Vista management.

I've lived in this property for 10 years and the communication between the group and I as a tenant is awesome. They always try to reach out to you by phone, email or text and for me text is most convenient because I'm always doing something on my phone. I've had the pleasure to speak to Ashley, Jackie and Aloona (I'm sorry if I misspelled any of the names).
