Buckley Towers Condominium East Tower

This is a horrible apartment building to live in. There is no guest parking available ever and you only get one assigned spot. The ac and elevators break ALL the time and the property management is some of the worst I’ve seen. The property manager is extremely unprofessional and I’ve been incorrectly towed TWICE in the two years I’ve lived here and his response was “I guess you were one of the lucky ones”. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Also pest control is close to inexistentent and there are roaches all over the building. Do not move here

The current manager Frankie and the new Board of Directors have significantly improved the standard of living here, so much so I had to turn down bids from potential buyers. I’m satisfied living at Buckley Towers, my forever home.

The manager/realtor Alma walked me through a tour of an apartment and seemed nice with good conversation. She told me to text her my email so she can provide me with the next steps and information regards to moving into a unit. She then never got back to me and I reached out to her on several attempts and she left my messages on read . Not good business at all.

I used to rent an apartment in the west tower it was okay until they started having a mouse infestation. Additionally, at the time, they made tennants pay a separate deposit to the Buckley Towers Association. They mistakenly deposited my deposit to the owners of the apartment. And the owners live out of the country and do not respond to my correspondence. Despite the initial payment being made to the Buckley Towers Association and the mistake being on their end, they refuse to return my deposit. Management is incompetent and rude. If you are looking to rent or buy a condo in the area you are better off looking literally anywhere else.

I tried calling management to ask what the percentage is for a down payment on a unit because my realtor told me they are asking for 5% more on a down payment, which is sad because there's this one unit I truly want to own, and they are hanging up on me.
