It’s not often that you come across a team that genuinely cares about its residents, and I’ve truly felt that from each of you. Thank you for always being responsive, helpful, and welcoming—whether it was handling maintenance requests quickly, assisting with community matters, or simply greeting me with a friendly smile when I stopped by the office. I moved here for the shorter commute for my office in Sandy springs. But I got so much more out of it: 1. Location and community: close proximity to many things but also in a quiet neighborhood. Great for people like to who loves to walk. People here I’ve encountered are very nice and friendly. I’ve met friends that helped me since I’m from NY 2. Maintenance and management is very responsive and quick and they don’t charge you for fixing stuff. Even water filter is changed for free. Thanks for the memories!! Would highly recommend anyone in the ATL area would look into 960 Buckhead!

I'm writing a review for Buckhead 960 after leaving the community over a year ago. The community and staff are nice, however I unfortunately dealt with a unit that reeked of smoke and cigarette smell. Upon my first day moving in, the smell was so strong, yet they obviously tried to mask it by blasting the AC at 60 degrees and placing a cherry-scented air freshener somewhere in the vents. My clothes and belongings smelled strongly of cherry smoke, and mentally the space was unbearable and stressful. After ozoning the unit twice, the smell still remained that I ultimately had to cancel my lease. Living there for two months was traumatic and sickly. The staff even admitted they weren't surprised my unit reeked of smoke knowing who lived there prior, and that they were wrong for putting the u

We currently move to this amazing place. The lease agents support us at any momen. Moving was so easy with you guys. Amenities, location, and events look great with you. We loved the 👻 movie in the pool area. If you are looking for a great rent apartment in Atlanta, you can take this place on mind as your first option.

I am looking for a noise isolated apartment in Atlanta to stay away from parties and loud subwoofers. When I visited Buckhead 960, it seemed like a peaceful community. Even though there were many people in the swimming pool, no one was playing extremely loud subwoofers. On the day I moved in, I met many people in the hallway, everyone seemed very polite and welcoming. The move-in experience was also very smooth!
