I want to give a shout-out to one of their maintenance guys, Corbin! Our heater went out and he drove through completely snowed in roads to get to us. Once he got to our apartment, he was super helpful, efficient, and even explained to all of us what went wrong. It was an efficient process from calling the after-hours maintenance line on the weekend to actually getting assistance, which was much appreciated in the cold weather! We're very grateful for the maintenance help we have had throughout the year!

I've been renting with Buckeye Real estate for 4 years now and am probably going to renew for the 5th year! Julie, the property manager is super responsive. Justin, the maintenance manager is great - I've had a few different issues arise during my tenure renting with B.R.E. and each time he has not only made sure things were fixed right away, but he always follows-up. Like most places there are pros and cons but for my building I think they have tried to work with me as best as they can. We had parking and towing issues and they actually ended up redoing our parking lot to create more spaces for tenants, which was probably my biggest complaint to them and I probably didn't go about that situation in the kindest manner but they still made things happen (sorry Julie, and thank you!!) Not only does Buckeye Real Estate have affordable rent, but they’re also trustworthy, reliable, and quick to respond to maintenance issues! With winter temperatures, my heat turned off, and the emergency maintenance department arrived within an hour and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. The maintenance department continuously checks up on the issue afterward or sends multiple follow-up emails regarding its status. I highly recommend BRE!

My heater in my apartment broke in the middle of winter and the room temperature got as low as 47 degrees. I immediately submitted a maintenance request and they arrived less than 24 hours later. My heater was fully fixed. It’s been a few weeks and I haven’t seen any issues so far. Thank you maintenance team for prioritizing my request so I didn’t get hypothermia!

One of the buckeye real estate accountant ladies was unhelpful and rude when asked questions. Terrible customer service by the accountant and the leases nickel and dime you for everything. Consistent maintenance issues were present during even the first few months of the lease.
