Marilyn was great and easy to work with when we bought our home in Ferndale last fall. We wanted a local, experienced, independent realtor, and we contacted Marilyn after reading other reviews here. Initially, we thought it would be several months before we were serious about buying - but between us being pretty well-prepared, Marilyn's help and expertise, and good (lucky?!) timing we made an offer on the second house we saw and closed less than three months after our first meeting with Marilyn. Now, a few months later, we couldn't be happier with how thing worked out. Definitely recommend Marilyn for buying in Ferndale!

Marilyn Buck recently helped me with a purchase of an old park model mobile home. She helped me see some things that I missed and pointed out some things we need to follow up on.
