First i would like to say that the management & maintenance staff here at Lafayette landing are very stellar. My problem comes in the fact that they are taking away more & more privelages as tenants. 1) they will not fix the gate that a lot of us that was a big reason for moving here was the security 2) they only allow you to have one guess @ the pool or clubhouse 3) you cannot put your flags in the yard for holidays, military pride, sports, etc.. steady going up on the rent year after year. I see why they change managers soften its hard keeping track of who is who . Every 6 months it’s someone new in the office

I spent the first 4 months of my lease without functional running water and there was something black coming out of the faucet, it still does. My air filter has only been changed once since I moved in Dec 18, 2024. I called in a work order 2 weeks ago and requested online as well, but no response. I also expressed concern regarding the electrical system issues, that to me is a fire hazard, but nothing.The same day I called in the most recent work order, I received my lease renewal increase, Oct. 22nd. I did call and left a message expressing my feelings about the rent increase, due to my many issues, and have been ghosted since.

I really hate to be this person but people need to be aware of how scammy rental properties are. Just a heads up to anyone in the triad area, do not, I repeat DO NOT rent from The Lofts at Little Creek. Unless you basically want to live there forever. My husband and I have lived in this “Luxury” complex for the past 2 years. We have been stellar tenants, rent ALWAYS paid on time, no violations, and have even been understanding and flexible when our AC has been out, providing grace when our apartment has been over 80 degrees in the middle of the summer. We received notice of our rent renewal on June 15th that our rent would be increasing and they only give A FIFTEEN day notice for you to decide if you want to renew or vacate. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever spoken to. The receptionist was very rude, rushed and said “she doesn’t know anything, she just answers the phone.” This company needs Customer Service training not only for the office staff here but also for their staff at the properties. Fair Housing training is very important as well in this industry and it seems your company is lacking that.

I'm giving 1 star only because in order to review you have to select at least 1, otherwise I wouldn't give any at all. I am appalled and disgusted by the unprofessional and underhanded manner in which this company operates! Near the end of my lease I was told there was a prospective tenant that wanted to move in sooner amd was asked of I could move out a month and a half before the end of my lease. After I rushed to move and paid extra to get it all done quickly, they hit me with the story that the prospective tenant changed his mind and that I now had to pay for the month they lost. On top of that they checked my apartment before I left and said everything looked good. Then after I moved out they charged me for damages they say they found. I contacted them several times and no one respond
