Brynn Marr Village

I will recommend this complex time and time again. I know firsthand what it's like to work at an apartment complex and the issues that come with it. Pest control comes to every building every 2-3 months, at least they always come to mine and my friends who lives in another building. Were even on a first name basis with matt, the pest control guy who knows us and our pets. With apartment living, sometimes you get bad neighbors who cause issues the office can't always help. At least living here they try to do whatever they can. They're friendly, they're helpful, and the maintenance is faster than anywhere I have ever worked or lived before I moved here. My only complaint is the apartments are kind of small, but id say theyre perfect for a first time apartment.

Elizabeth and staff got me into my new townhome FAST! I needed it too because my home sold faster than expected. But , I was in shambles and Liz helped me all the way thru it!!!! The staff and maintenance are amazing. They come out the next day or that day that you need them. They’re completely fair. The grounds are kept clean. My washer and dryer in my unit are new! Couldn’t be happier ! Thank you Liz and Michelle! You two are amazing!

This place needs to be foreclosed. The german roach infestation was honestly impressive. They chewed through my wifi router, 3 coffee makers, 2 air fryers, and I had to throw away my couch when we moved out because it was infested from the inside out. On move in I had to clean the entire kitchen and bathroom because it was left exactly how the previous tenants had it. Cabinets full of crumbs and roaches. I couldn't keep food in any of the cabinets because the roaches would eat all of it, and thats not an exaggeration. I bought onions, thought to put them in my cabinet, and when I went to use them all that was left was the outside husk of the onions and roach poop. The cherry on top was the loud music and marijuana flowing throw my vents at 3am every night. I have never been happier to move

Would’ve never signed a lease if I knew what I do now. Teenagers stealing cars and totaling them while crashing into other residents cars, kids setting off fireworks at 1am. Parties with hundreds of underage kids drinking while me and my children are trying to sleep and whenever I say something management just shrugs it off. I feel unsafe here, my family feels unsafe here and nobody will do anything about it. Do not bring your family here if you know what’s good for you. And I see a roach or two a day. The company will charge you for extermination monthly, but no matter how many times you say something nobody will show up.

Moving to Brynn Marr village was one of the best things I could of ever done. The office staff is absolutely amazing so helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone to check them out if your planning on moving to the Jacksonville area!!!
