TLDR: We had to break our lease after 2.6 years because we could not deal with being reliant on Atlas any longer. UNITS: Lived in unit 103 in the front. Quite nice. Recent construction with modern appliances. Amazing high ceiling on 2nd fl. Spacious loft adds an extra room. Rooftop decks huge, though unshaded. Lots of stairs. We loved our neighbors. LOCATION: 12-min bike ride to Union Station! Amazing! Jeff Park is a lovely neighborhood but you are really in a weird transition zone here, bottom of the hill, where residential ends and gives way to freeway, commercial, and stadium parking landscapes. On Broncos game days, do not plan to drive, as the congestion is severe. Freeway is immediately adjacent; convenient access; creates some soot; noise really not bad at all for front units (esp
