The staff here is top-notch. Management is super responsive and easy to talk to—they actually listen and follow up. Maintenance is just as great. I’ve submitted a couple of work orders and they were handled faster than I expected. The property is always well-kept and feels really safe. You can tell they take pride in how they run things here.

I’ve never written a bad review before, but I believe I’ve been more than patient. We moved out on February 28, 2025, and as of today (June 3, 2025), I have still not received our refund check from the security deposit. There has been no close-out statement, no explanation, and no check — despite multiple follow-ups. This is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable given how much time has passed. I sincerely hoped this could be handled without posting a public review, but at this point, I feel other tenants should be aware of the delays and lack of communication. I’m still open to resolving this if someone from management can respond and take responsibility.

I’ve lived here for a year and a half and love it! Maintenance is always excellent and quick. Bianca in the office is friendly. Apartment is quiet. Good neighbors. Clean property. Comfortable home for myself and kids. Hope to stay here for many more years!

The staff is so nice and the location is perfect!! My maintenance guy is always so kind and on top of things!

I have lived here since 2016 and have had a great experience so far. It's clean, quiet and I feel safe. Lena is great - the office is pretty quick to remedy any maintenance issues that arise. Overall, they are pleasant to deal with. I'll be sad to leave when we buy a home.
