Great community of people. The landlady is awesome and keeps everything together. Has community pool table, vending machines, mailbox, and community social area. Has 2 laundry floors with 6 wash machines and 6 dryers. Has outside bbq pits and a movie theater. Has an excellent security team that helps monitor the parking lot and records guest activity. It’s a wonderful location in Kansas City only 30 mins from Belton, Lee Summit, Blue Springs. Right down the road from the Plaza, McDonalds, and KFC.

Edit: the management of this place is way better than I knew and they handled this situation very appropriately and respectfully and so I am coming back (I think I said I would but I'm not going to read through that review again). I do want to note that I am not a resident but was only explaining my experience while visiting a resident. I want to say thank you to the management of Brush Creek towers. I am not one to leave many reviews but the situation really did disturb me and I really do appreciate that you handled it. I lived here less than a week. The property manager here is super nice. She's helpful and she really cares about one's well-being. Hope to stay here for the rest of my senior years 💯❤️❤️❤️❤️

Having been here for half a decade I've seen this place change a lot. It's safer than most think and a decent place to live. Management is decent although the housing authority can be difficult to rent from.
