I rent from Bruni Karr and anytime there is an issue with the property, it gets resolved right away! I am very impressed with how quickly they get people to the property to fix things. And they've always been kind and helpful. I worked primarily with Karen when first applying for the house and she made the process quick and easy.

Best Experience I have had through a Rental Agency ! Their application process is extremely fair, they are personable people, as well as having great integration through the App where you can not only pay rent, but submit work order requests, as well as access your rental policy. I'm very happy with them and look forward to continuing to rent with them until we are ready to purchase our first home.

I have been a long term client of the Bruni-Karr agency, since Chesley took the company over from Mr. Bruni. In general, I've been satisfied with the management of my property at 10,400 Malagueña NE. Fortunately, I live close by, so can drive by to observe the exterior appearance. Though you have many properties to manage, scheduling a regular front yard "trim up", of the vegetation at my property, every 12-24 months would be a good idea. The house is located on a busy street corner, and I would not want any obscured visibility to become a problem.

Great property management team. Haven't used their service in a couple years but when we needed info we got a response timely. Also renting 2 properties from Bruni Karr and they were great. Got both deposits back (I cleaned the properties exceptionally- bear that in mind). Never had a problem getting in contact and they were always professional.

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was very negative. I caught them falsifying service charges and acting in bad faith when I disputed them. I would strongly recommend that others avoid hiring or renting from this company.
