Brumback Inc Real Estate

For two years they’ve worked on the building across from me. Cool, fine, whatever. Til they started illegally parking all up and down the street. They destroyed the sidewalk where they’ve been parking on the curb. They stand on the sidewalk swearing and laughing. Mostly it’s the whole “project will be done shortly” and then another 3 months… and another.. and another… Apparently waiting until the city noise ordinance allows them to make noise between 7am and 10pm wouldn’t work for them, they’ve decided using heavy machinery between 4:45AM and 6AM is the best time to start. Across the street from another apartment building. In the middle of downtown Spokane. They’re rude, inconsiderate, don’t follow the city’s regulations and are a general nuisance of a company.

I rent at the five mile retreat. When I moved in there were lots of promises that were not kept. The property manager was such a little jerk. The apartment was terrible with something needing to be fixed constantly. So many unbelievable terrible tenants that made it so frustrating to to know what a mistake I had made. But, Brumback is gone, as is Ryan Lewis and the bad people living here. It’s not so bad but still not sure if I’m going to stay. I learned a lot and especially where not to live

DO NOT rent from Brumback. After three years in an apartment. I was charged to completely replace what appeared to be substandard carpet from the start. This should be considered normal wear and tear after 3 years. The window ledge literally crumbled in a spot while living there and appliances never worked properly, i.,e the stove top cooked differently(boiling even on lowest setting of one burner) on every burner and these were supposedly brand new appliances. Refrigerator froze vegetables even after adjustment. You could never get the stove top surface clean due to the cheap film that most likely should have been removed before renting the apartment. I coul go on. These people are all about money while providing no luxury, despite charging luxury prices for there apartment.

I rented an apartment through Brumback Real Estate in Spokane. I can't say enough good things about Ryan Lewis, my property manager. He was always responsive, as was the office overall. I loved my apartment and the neighbors were friendly but kept to themselves (I appreciate privacy). When I left at the end of my lease the walkthrough was very fair unlike other places. If I could I would have rented from them again in a heartbeat. - Cheyenne

Driver failed to properly and legally yield right of way twice in the same 50 feet. They entered a roadway without ever even slowing down, after cutting us off in the parking lot when we had right of way.
