Brownsville Lofts

Normally, I don’t leave reviews unless I have to. Also, I don’t typically leave negative reviews. I just felt the need to share how management has disgusting practices here. Now I understand the bad reviews this place has. DO NOT GO HERE. The Price Lofts, Central Lofts, AND the new Alton Gloor Lofts are the same thing. Unfortunately, these people are horrible. I will be letting others know NOT to go here; they are only helping those people they ACTUALLY want. Plus, they kept my family member’s RESERVATION FEE! Yes, I saw their disclosure. Based on THEIR OWN disclosure, the reservation fee WAS SUPPOSED to be returned! You don’t give someone the run around AND promise to help; especially when you had guaranteed a place already. Did a walkthrough and OMG i cannot believe i even thought of moving here! DONT EVER MOVE IN

Can’t access my own mail because they lock the front office for “training purposes” and we only have access to the mailboxes from 8am to 5:30pm yet people still have a hard time getting their mail bc for some reason it’s always locked. Not only that but packages can’t get delivered bc they don’t have access to the mailboxes as well which further delays the delivery process. There’s no need to lock the front office where everyone’s mail is at for “training” when they already have their own private office inside where they can still get their work done and “train” without any problems.

The parking is a crazy headache. They don't have assigned parking. Guests seem to be prioritized over residents. They never answer the phone at the office. Any questions or concerns you maybe have wont be answered unless you harass them constantly for an answer. The new manager is a woman and is extremely rude and disrespectful (I must exclude the last two managers; they were wonderful) This place needs better management since there is too many unsupervised kids running around all the hallways and parking lot.

THERES TOO MANY CARS AND NOT ENOUGH PLACES TO PARK! NO ASSIGNED PARKING! TOO MANY CARS DONT HAVE THEIR PARKING PERMITS OR THEIR GUESTS HANG TAGS!!! 😡 PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
