Brownsville Flats

This company plays a lot of games, dragged the process out and denied me for an inaccurate credit score. They claim I don't meet the standard of 525 but my score is several points higher than what they reported to me. I asked for them to provide the credit score that they pulled and all I received was an adverse denial letter not even displaying the information they used to determine my eligibility. This is only one of the many things they did. I am just warning others that may be interested in this place. It's beautiful but please be aware that they are not transparent nor honest during the application process.

I really love Brownsville Flats. They are good apartments. Everything is brand new. The office workers are nice. The community is very quiet. Hope it stays that way. 😊

I was treated with the up most respect by Tasha and Sharica. They also took the time to go through the entire application with me. While answering all my questions. They make you feel very comfortable..I was laughing with them soon after meeting them. I hope I'm excepted into Brownsville Flats.

How long do the process take I did a application today and I pray I get approved 🙌🏾🙌🏾my baby and I need another change
