Brownie's Home Inspections

Had Brownie come out for my 11 month inspection. He found a lot of things I would never even think to check. He sent a report with pictures to me which after I submitted just straight to the home builder who is now getting it all fixed. Super simple and easy, would highly recommend.

Brownie was superb, easy to talk with and explained anything I asked about thoroughly. Highly recommend him. 5 star for sure! Potentially saving us thousands, if not tens of thousands, in repair cost.

We were forwarded Inspector Brownie's contact information on referral after calling several inspectors. We needed to schedule an immediate inspection and had no luck. Brownie came out with less than a 24 hour notice and did a fabulous and professional job! He didn't leave a corner unchecked and even rechecked multiple exterior points at different times in a thunder storm. Once he was finished he took the time to explain every detail and finding. His final report was comprehensible and thorough. We are so glad we had his careful eye on our hopeful forever home.
