Lived very happily in one of the Broward Properties residential units for about 5 1/2 years. Great move-in, living, and move-out experiences. Don was super helpful and accommodating during my stay. Notably, he kept rent static during the pandemic, and while I didn't need many repairs, when I did, there was a quick turnaround time. I recommend them 100%.

I lived here for over a year. This was the best renting experience I could have ever asked for. The move in process was quick and seamless. Don is the most helpful. Also any maintenance request were given attention within 24 hours of requesting maintenance. I never had any issues with this company. Moving out was just as easy. Thank you Broward properties for giving me a clean, safe home. 🏡

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, Scammers at heart. Only wants the $50 for the application fee and to not bother contacting you or working with you. RUN FOR THE HILLS! Military family now having to look somewhere else. Reason for decline was "we don't like roommates" as a 3x house owner this company has shown nothing but unprofessionalism and disrespect.
