All the apartments that I viewed were being renovated but nice and clean. The Landlord is nosy but does maintenance and helps with renovations. Mirelia does not answer the phone or return phone calls considering I was a potential tenant. I had to keep going down to the office to chase up my application. What kind of service is that? Mirelia keeps Dogs in the office and she has one dog who is very aggressive. Another Dog is very large and some can find that scary. Do not move into the apartments down Van Gogh, I could tell by the presence of the tenants there that they just want to size up anyone who comes there, knowing full well that the Landlords office is based there, so people will come. I do not recommend this Landlord or his office worker as I had to keep calling to find out whether

This is a great place to live. The management is very kind. They are exceptional at fullfilling maintenance request quickly. I would recommend Brousseau Properties to anyone. Best landlord I ever had. Positive family atmosphere.
