Incredibly rude. I opted not to rent with them because my asking questions seemed like an inconvenience to them. If they handle interactions with potential tenants like that, I can imagine how they handle situations once you move in.

Do not rent with these people they do bad business James is a complete ripoff artist the apts is called coaches plaza building 134 I left apt clean put in notice to leave in Feb was out the apt march and he still charge me for march and we left apt clean he still charge me for that and I never left a piece of paper in there he charge for light bulbs carpet cleaning and all this stuff is normal wear and tear what you can walk on a carpet the only thing I feel I should be charge for is a mount it had in front room the reason we moved because they are slum lords the don’t come fix anything that needs to be fixed they come banging on people door 7/8 in the morning we was never late on our rent before so I’m not understanding why would I get treated like This this is a scam and how did I break

Avoid this company at all cost. Moved out August 2020 and was told every month that the security deposit was on its way. Now this poor excuse of a company has decided to not return calls. Although the apartment was disgusting rent was always paid on time and everything was done correctly. It’s a shame that these low life idiots can’t do the same. Well done team.

Didnt have any issues with the company until I moved. Paid my rent and gave more than a 30 day notice before I moved. I also left the home clean and provided my forwarding address for security deposit and no response back or deposit. You guys have to either pay or provide a reason for keeping deposits. Its been months for me smh

HORRIBLE AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I would give stars if I could.Avoid leasing a apartment with this company. THEY WILL KEEP Your deposit no matter wht! Dishonest and SAD!They took money out my debit card for rent that I already paid and I never got it back. They will rip you off!!!
