Brookwood Forest Apartments

Would no recommend moving here at all. Long list of problems that have recently come up but I will share the 2 majors ones. Broken AC in the Florida summers should be the main reason why should move here, with countless of maintenance calls and trouble tickets being submitted there still has been no fix to the apartment being 78 degrees at its lowest. But the main reason why I wouldn't recommend you choosing this apartment complex is because of the abundance of squatters that have been occupying vacant units. No matter how many complaints or calls to the police, there has been no viable solutions. This has led to them making false reports to current residents, breaking into cars, and other illegal activities throughout the weekends and most of the weekdays. Stay away from this place, save

We stopped by for some information about the apartment’s and the lady in the office was very nice,helpful and friendly, she also gave us a tour!!!

My move in was okay had little issues but Mr Antion Willis was a very big help he was very attentive and very helpful and polite and knows what he is doing I appreciate the help that he gave me thank you so much

I highly regret moving here. Coming from a much larger community with maybe 3 maintenance men including the manager who would actually come out and fix work order requests SAME DAY! Then come to these apartments Brookwood forest- with I’m guessing 1 maintenance man who works and a manager who doesn’t? Or maybe I’m getting it wrong they both don’t work? Cause nobody has came to my unit yet. It’s just highly upsetting. This community is very small for my work orders to go almost 10 days without being answered. They would rather let a situation get worse than to come out and fix it. Ridiculous. “I’m sorry, we’ve just been so busy”. I’m a very understanding tenant I know I am not the only person who lives here and I understand that the work load can get busy but at this point I feel like they’

Jasmine, the girl who received us very kindly, took us a tour until we found the apartment of our liking, very good attention
