We absolutely LOVE BrookStone Property Management! We have been a tenant of theirs for a year and they have been so awesome! Always quick to respond to our concerns via text/email, and super quick to come over when we had a bigger issue! So grateful to Ray and his team for taking such great care of us while we worked with them!

Once we moved in and set up autopay, company couldn’t have cared less. At least, that’s how it seemed. Upstairs toilet plugged easily. Clogged toilets are the tenant’s problem and we handled it until the third time. We had stopped using wipes in that bathroom. Brookstone sent their plumber who ran a camera down the toilet and told us there was a design or installation flaw that was causing the problem. Nothing more from Brookstone. We made a follow up call but nothing changed. Concerns dismissed. Before moving out, we asked to stay for two weeks into the new month and we would pay for that two weeks. Not only were we told no, in spite of the situation, we were told “this is not a negotiation”. Concerns dismissed. At move out, we asked for an itemized list of how the $600 for carpets and “o
