Brookstone Apartments

At first, it was good. Made sure little things were taken care of after move in, which was about 2 months ago. But after a month ive noticed a few more issues. They'd send maintenance with my permission to enter without my being there and id come home with the situation unresolved. Even though the work order says completed. Its happen 3 times already. I have communicated with them about it and all they've told me is when will I be home so they can come by. I have work and school and sometimes work 14hr shifts. I told them this and NOT ONCE has someone even came to knock to see if I was home to correct these maintenance issues(i told them since after the 3 times of me not being there and maintenance claiming completed work orders, from now on I want to be there for all work performed). Recently moved into Brookstone so far everything has been great. The move in process was easy. Encountered some issues with my unit and they have been resolved fast and efficiently. Cassandra has been a pleasure to work with and has been available to answer and help me with all my questions.

Hello, I've lived her at Brookstone for over 13 years. I have been very happy in my little apartment. No issues. Whenever I have a maintenance issue they are here to take care of it within 24 hours. We have changed management quite often, but our current management is great. I had a bug problem for awhile. But since the new management came in, I haven't seen not 1 bug in over 6 months. I feel they're doing a great job at making Brookstone a great place. ☺️☺️

These apartments are are so freaking good they were so clean so classy so. Beautiful and nice I definitely recommend rent is cheap and community is so nice the workers especially i definitely recommend renting here👍👍👍👍
