Brookstone Apartments

We submitted our application along with the background check infos last August 2025. I. know we passed the credit check of 8.5+ score. But wonder why there's lots of excuses coming from the Manager: she got covid, the company's being sold, there's BIG news next week, etc., etc., etc. Why don't you just let applicants know if you don't like them? We were told by a friend who's currently a renter that they only accept people with kids (?). So this place is discriminating "regardless of race, age, life status"?

Andrea in the office is so sweet and helpful. She has been a blessing to work with and she really knows her stuff. The maintenance staff is phenomenal they truly care and like to make sure everything is how it should be. 10/10 recommend this community!

I enjoy Brookstone apartments , they are always improving! The new management and maintenance are great, super friendly and are definitely making up for the issues the past management didn't take care of. The new manager is very efficient and cares about the residents. I've been there a little over a year and still love living there 😊

Cheap af...but the quality shows. Slow at Maintenance request. And they say one thing and do another. Plus, their "Amenities" they offer should probably be updated to: dilapidated swamp pool, broken work-out area. Trash infested broken playground. It just sucks because it wouldn't take much to get this place in order. But yeah, definitely stop lying & telling people you have a pristine pool & work-out area!

pool is dirty and hasn’t been open for years. houses have water and dirt coming out the walls neighbors were quiet loud i personally hated my experience
