I am so impressed with the new management at this apartment complex. Kim, the manager, is absolutely wonderful—she is very consistent, responsive, and always willing to work with you on any issues that come up. It truly feels like concerns are taken seriously and handled promptly. The positive changes under the new management have made a noticeable difference, and I really appreciate the professionalism and care shown.

I lived here two years and I seen a lot of good changes and the new staff is wonderful and. Help full. I had a job change and it cause an issue with my pay but the property manger was there and worked with me thru it until I was able to get caught up. So I would tell anyone to give these people a chance and be part of the movement to make the community a better place for all their residents.

My children and I just moved here in May and we LOVE living here. From the office staff to the maintenance workers they are all absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend Brookside to everyone. The apartments are nice and spacious. And you have your OWN laundry hookups IN your unit 🙌🏾 the pool is definitely our favorite amenity though 😁
