Brookside in Killeen

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and has a very peaceful atmosphere. I especially enjoy going to the common areas to study, they’re comfortable and quiet, which makes it perfect for getting work done. A special thank you to Allie at the lobby she’s always so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!!

Brookside is overall a nice place to live hidden in Killeen TX. A small staff with big hearts, striving to give their best and do better when needed. Brookside has amenities that most would love as a part of their home: a gym, dog park, Amazon locker etc. It definitely has the potential to have a smoke free community or have designated smoke areas that do not intrude on the health of others (weak-disabled;vulnerable-babies,children;healthy- second hand smoke). Thank you Brookside staff!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Experience with Haley! Haley was absolutely wonderful during our tour! She showed my friend and me a stunning unit that was both gorgeous and incredibly spacious — even better than we expected. She took her time walking us through every detail, and she was so knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. It really made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly personality truly stood out. I highly recommend reaching out to Haley if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the perfect place!

The online payment site is horrible and will charge you late fees even if you have auto pay set up. There’s never enough parking unless you pay for a spot, even though you already pay to keep your car in a fenced area. They still let the police come in to tow vehicles. Management acts like they’re annoyed any time you speak to them. If you leave a trash bag outside your door they’ll leave passive aggressive notes for you. The apartments themselves are decent but you can find better for cheaper in the area.

It's clean and well-maintained. Maintenance staff is available, so it is convenient to repair things when they are broken. Feels pretty safe and peaceful. It has 3 floors but doesn't have elevator, so it was a bit hard to bring things up to 3rd floor, especially big furniture. However, overall living experience is satisfying.
