Brookside Commons Apartments

Our first few months at Brookside Commons have been wonderful! My fiancé and I are so happy that we chose this place to live. Our leasing agent, Adut, has been amazing throughout the whole process and so helpful. We come to her with any questions and she is always happy to help. We always feel safe and very taken care of at this complex.

Brookside is an upscale part of KCMO. Emily gave me a tour and was so professional, kind and thorough. She answered all of my questions. Emily was also very professional throughout. I really loved the property and location. Thanks, again! -Carmen

**Warning: Stay Away!** Cars were broken into three times during my lease, including once in the garage—yes, our car was one of them. Update reponse from the owner: the apt inform that they will be putting 2 security officers. Never saw the second one and most of the time, ONLY security officer wasn’t there. Your bike will likely get stolen despite locks. My package was stolen regardless of time of the date. Amazon doesn’t have access to the building after hours and will leave your package outside of the buildings (see photo attached). so they will leave at the door of the complex. If you lost your package, it’s just going to be back and forth with staff and Amazon with no result. I never got my window leak fixed, despite maintenance coming twice. I eventually gave up. It took three att

New management ruined this apartment complex! They never answer the phone and take forever to fix the broken elevator that will later brake down again within the week. Never had any issues with the old management but now it’s terrible. All the good reviews and high rating is from previous management this one is ruining the complex. They just want your money and won’t do anything. Want rent on the 1st and are on it about late payments but take forever to mail back deposit checks.

I can't stop thanking and praising God for leading me to this beautiful place and to know it sits in the city. Adut Anei-Yor was so so kind and helpful. I fell instantly in love with Brookside Commons. I am having some of my co-workers over to see the place.
