Brookside is an awesome place to live. Thanks to the staff and maintenance here, they do all they can to help work with you with what you need, ive got great friendly neighbors , the place is so much cleaner and well kept . It is just so nice, safe, quiet, and a beautiful place to live. I really do hope to be able to stay here til I die. (Which I hope isn't for another 20-30 years). Thank you Brookside!!!! I really do love it here.
Door lock battery ran low on battery and it automatically submitted a maintenance request without me even knowing. Due to this, maintenance knocked on, unlocked and entered my apartment while I was still asleep. Grateful for the fix but I would like some warning next time. Especially before someone enters my apartment without my permission.
Submitted a maintenance request for my AC that kept shutting off randomly, the crew was there within the next day and took a look and fixed the problem the following day! I am very pleased but I just wish I was told beforehand when they would be coming, they came early in the morning and kinda scared me awake haha! Very friendly people though, worked quick and cleaned up even quicker!
Yellow water is still coming from all our taps from the kitchen, toilet, tubs, and bathroom sink. The lease office pinned it on Springfield's city water. Feels like living in Flint, MI. Hoping social medias like TikTok, YouTube, and Insta can get some attention on this for our health.
Ivy and Nate answered all of our consistent questions. I did have difficulty with the one line leasing but Ivy was there every step of the way.
