I rent an apartment off Taney Rd. The apartment itself is decent, the neighbors aren't too bad and it's mostly quiet. I have however had about 5 packages stolen in not even a year of being here, and they never have any solutions. The mail room and apartment building entrance for whatever reason don't lock so they're accessible to everyone. The solution every time when packages are stolen, is to mass text the residents of the property that "if you took someone's package please put it back. I've literally had empty boxes put back on the mail room after they steal my stuff. Hope you enjoyed the tick repellent. I stopped reporting to the office because they have no solution (id lock the mail room....)

I have rented several apartments from Brooks Management over the years. They are an excellent management company with well-kept apartments. The service was always prompt and professionally attended to, with attention to detail taken care of. Everyone, from General Manager Myrna Siegel and Office Manager Leslie to the service technicians Keith and Vincent, was excellent to deal with.

After dealing with one of the worst property management companies in Baltimore, American Management, moving to an apartment managed by Brooks Management has been a blessing. I've had very minimal issues with the apartment itself and they are always responsive to complaints. I locked myself out once and it only took the maintenance man 20 minutes to come help (very prompt compared to American Management's emergency maintenance getting to me 48 hours later when the same happened). Everyone at the management office is very helpful and pleasant. My only wish was that they had an online portal, which was just granted a few days ago!

I lived in Mt. Washington Taney Manor for 5 years and had nothing but great experiences with the management company. In any apartment, things go wrong, but they were always prompt to respond and take care of it.

Just speaking on Taney manor experience...Overpriced apartment for what it is. Very outdated old building and not up to code regulations beware of mold if you decide to live here. These apartments do not come with bathroom vents which is what causes a lot of the mold so your options are to leave the window open when showering and cleaning mold off weekly. sassy unprofessional staff That were not very straightforward upon moving in a different price was quoted from touring the apartment until lease signing. Neighbors will complain about noise during the daytime that disturbs them but will have the audacity to be loud at three in the morning. The gravel parking lot which they do have needs to be re-leveled very unsafe to drive and not much space to park. Overall if you’re thinking about movi
