Brooks House

Peggy G, property manager, is an excellent manager. She cares very much about the tenants, is always very responsive, and has the upmost itegrity in how she manages. It was the same with Allen, maintenance staff. I always felt very comfortable with him, was always very responsive, he took pride in how the property looked/operated, and could trust his information. Too bad he left!

I recently helped my cousin apply and move in to Brooks House. Peggy in the office was super helpful in guiding us through the process. So far, so good. My cousin and his wife are enjoying the new digs. The 620 Sq ft unit is great for their needs. Location is great with City College next door. Valley Medical Center and groceries are a short walk away.

Peggy Gaxiola did an excellent job as the property manager to assist us to get my brother moved into Brooks House. She is very knowledgeable and informative. She cares about the safety of the tenants and keeping the property properly maintained and repaired.

My dad loved it here. He always praised Peggy the building manager and Allen the facility manager. They are available, informative, and easy to approach with any issues you have. They care for the tenant's comfort. The lobby, elevator, laundry rooms, parking, and hallways were always clean. Any maintenance issues were attended to quickly. Thanks for the pleasant experience :)

My mother lived here for 4 plus years. The property is very secure and is in a great location. The secure under-building parking is spacious and so convenient. The manager, Peggy, is great! She is very attentive to the needs of the residents and was always a joy to speak with whenever I stopped to speak with her. Alan is the on-site facilities guy. He is wonderful. He looks after the residents and helps out with anything. I would not hesitate to live there, or have any loved ones live there. Tom
