As a first-time land buyer, I trusted Jackie Curry’s guidance. I was clear from the start: I needed land for a mobile home. After closing on a lot Jackie recommended, I discovered immediately that the City of Houston prohibits mobile homes there. It is the realtor's job to verify that a property meets the buyer's disclosed needs. Not only did they fail at this, but Brooks and Davis Real Estate Firm (specifically Larry Brooks) refused to take responsibility for this oversight. I am now in the process of legal action to resolve this. Save yourself the headache and find a firm that actually verifies city ordinances.

I must say, my experience with Brooks & Davis Real Estate was both pleasant and seamless. Their agent Ms. Bethany Osborne was amazing! My wife and I really enjoyed having her take us through the steps of viewing and finding the perfect rental property. We could not be more pleased with the house and it's location. Ms. Osborne's professionalism and friendly demeanor was a charming breath of freshness. My wife and I are both excited to be moving into the house Ms Osborne found for us. We wish her well in all of her future endeavors.

I had a disappointing experience working with Bethany Osborne, Communication was lacking, which made the entire process frustrating. I often felt ignored, as my questions and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism during key meetings. Overall, I expected a more supportive and knowledgeable approach, especially considering the complexities of real estate transactions. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Bethany Osborne based on my experience.

Tried contacting Mr.Beraud about a property, but he was inconsistent and unprofessional. Do not recommend this firm.
