Brookmore Apartments

Been here for a month now and I am amazed how clean the whole complex stays, how fresh the hallways smell and the property manager is always available even on her days off she responds to emails. The property manager is always asking us how we are doing how’s the apartment. I couldn’t be happier with my decision moving here. Oh and the outside of the property is always clean and well maintained.

I recently moved in and the experience so far has been really great. The resident manager Mert is very friendly and responsive, and made me feel very much at home from the beginning. I recommend Brookmore to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place in Pasadena.

I seriously regretted my decision of taking an apartment here. Mainly because I believed the facade they put up on the surface and didn’t look beyond that. The apartment itself is sufficient with all the amenities but the service is just terrible. First of all, I submitted my renter insurance prior to move in directly to the property manager, only to find out 2 months later it wasn’t acceptable because it wasn’t uploaded to their preferred website. Once I did upload it I was charged again because they want the policy name to include their corporate property co name. All the while they keep impose monthly renter insurance against my account. I am a fire survivor from the Eaton Fire, and all this company does is find ways to charge me even knowing I already have a renters insurance policy.

Haven't ever lived here, but was visiting Pasadena to do my own Big Bang Theory Tour so I had to see the apartment building that is said to be the inspiration for the shows apartments (at least according to the internet).

Started off fine - two months in, and the issues just stack on top of each other: 1) The contacting process was difficult. Times and phone numbers on their website don't match their actual availability for tours or contact information. I had to jump through hoops just to get someone to talk to. 2) Lobby has a distinct odor - every night, it smells like garbage or sewage, and the elevator smells like pee. 3) Homeless will routinely dig through the dumpster that's right outside - a completely naked woman was digging in the trash, police had to come and escort her off because she was indecent. 4) The kitchens are remodeled poorly. The measurements are off, so the drawers next to the ovens can't open all the way- it's wasted space. 5) Maintenance men only does work every friday, and they don'
