I am very disappointed with the service, or lack thereof, of this company. This is not the first time I have called for a maintenance/service call. Not only did we call more than once, we called, and nobody showed up. This is NOT the first AC issue, it's super hot-upper 80s (88 the last reading) and both the adults and children are extremely hot. Fans do not relieve this heat. We were told they do not come when it's dark outside-mind you we called Saturday at 1pm and 6pm; it was light out for both of those calls. Here it is Sunday-a day later- and nobody has come to help us or answer our service calls. This is just not what we pay our high rent for. We expect better from this company-only to be disappointed.

The Brooklyn village employees were respectful and completed the assigned task. My sink is unclogged and I have a new faucet The job was well done.

Recently put in a work order for a repair and scheduled it for the next day. They literally were here I an hour! Bryan was very professional and fast and very polite. Loving this community already!
