Brooklyn rents was honestly a great experience to work with. Diana is the realtor who helped me and she made the experience so positive. She was very patient with all of the paperwork, cooperative and just an overall amazing person to work with who actually cared about the client she was working with. She was very communicative with my family and just the entire process. I also believe Hanna reviewed my application as well, the entire team was just great and supportive. Thank you so much! Diana and Hanna were a pleasure to work with. They were super responsive, able to answer all of our questions, and made it easy for us to get a live virtual tour and paper work signed, despite being on the other side of the world at the time. For all the horror stories you hear about NYC rentals and real estate, there are still some true gems like these two.

Hanna was an amazing to work with in finding this amazing apartment. She is super prompt in her communications and answered any questions we had. Once we got approved for the apartment, she did a full walk through with us to make sure we were happy with anything and submitted any requests to be promptly addressed by management. We are so happy we found our new home!
