The woman in this office is extremely rude and unprofessional! She manages properties and I was told by one of the tenants that when they have issues they contact her and also pay their rent to her monthly. Basically, she manages a building where a tree from the yard fell and damaged my awning. I have been trying to mail the property owner a letter ( an address I found from the property tax records) stating what happened and for the last several months they aren't receiving my letters ( according to usps tracking) All I wanted was for her to reach out to the homeowner and she basically told me to call my insurance company and hung up the phone on me. Guess I'll see them in court.
