Brooklyn Green has and continues to be the best landlord / management company I’ve ever rented from, and it’s not even close. The unit itself is beautiful, and it’s clear the renovations were done thoughtfully and at a very high quality (certainly well above average for the area). In the 5+ years I’ve been here, the company has been incredibly responsive to every maintenance issue I’ve ever had—no matter how big or small, they always ensure it’s resolved within 24 hours. (For example: When our fridge broke down, they had a new one trucked over immediately. And when we had an internet issue, they spent hours on the phone with the cable company to ensure it was fixed, despite it not being their responsibility to do so.) Myself, my husband and my brothers moved in to a property of this company just over 5 years ago and we are so sad to leave. We started our family here, so it is a home of many firsts. Our baby’s first words, first steps and on and on. Not only has it been a special place for this family, it has also been a pure joy to be tenants to such responsive and caring landlords. I think that probably cemented everything for us. We are now going to be first time home buyers, so it is time to move on, otherwise they would never get rid of us!! :)
