My favorite vintage oasis in DTLV! I love how close it was to great local shops, and Fremont Street but that I still had a quiet place to come back to. The Palm Springs touch to the whole place is truly a dream!✨

Best place to live Downtown, hands down. Quiet block, great neighbors. Especially if you’re the type to consider and appreciate quality/friendly neighbors. The neighbors across the street are a full-sized family who carry great family values and no one around is bothersome. In the 6 yrs I lived downtown (2 yrs at this residence, 3yrs on Ogden, and another year couch surfing or wherever), my most memorable times were at this location. I met Mike Tyson on 2 occasions at the the grocer on the corner on E Fremont, which goes without being said, was cooler than a polar bear’s toenails! So many great things in my life happened while living there. Couldn't imagine a better or more welcoming place during my time in Vegas! So fully enjoyed my time that I ended up staying well past the planned few months and spent almost 2 years here. Lovely apartments and even more lovely hosts.
